This first workshop offered after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted will be a review for some of us. We will work on structure, our Wu Chi posture, and keeping this posture through movement and push hands practice.
Keeping Wu Chi in movement is Jong Ding, or equilibrium.
Join us we realign and get reaquanted with proper structure.
Workshop will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
